         Working Principle of Vacuum PackagingPE film cannot maintain a vacuum due to its high elasticity. To achieve effective vacuum sealing, we laminate PET glossy film or nylon film with PE film using specialized dry lamination technology.

         On October 24, 2024, we examined circuit boards sealed in vacuum nylon pouches after 16 months of water immersion. The internal environment remained dry, passing the test, and we continued the immersion.

         Puncture resistance testing evaluates a material's ability to withstand penetration by measuring the force required for a metal needle to pierce through its surface until rupture occurs.

         Continuing from the previous episode, we present the complete test video of HUAZHONG ’s 121°C high-temperature steam-resistant PE Pouch undergoing 60 minutes of retorting at 123°C.

         Following our previous tests on HUAZHONG vacuum nylon pouches submerged for 16, 18, and 20 months, today—June 16, 2025—we continue our observation of the sealed circuit board environment inside a vacuum nylon bag immersed in water for 2 full years.

         On June 16, 2023, a rigorous 16-month water immersion test was conducted using our vacuum-sealed nylon bags containing circuit boards, completely submerged in water.

         On January 13, 2025, we conducted a special presentation on whether adding sodium sulfate filler to PE films and composite films could optimize costs. On January 9, sodium sulfate particles were immersed in water for testing, and the experiment has continued until now. Today, on March 10, let’s observe the changes.

         Water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) and oxygen transmission rate (OTR) are critical physical performance indicators when selecting aluminum foil pouches.
