HUAZHONG Vacuum Nylon Pouch - 18-month Water Immersion Extreme Test

On October 24, 2024, we examined circuit boards sealed in vacuum nylon pouches after 16 months of water immersion. The internal environment remained dry, passing the test, and we continued the immersion.

Today, December 24, 2024, we conducted further observations on bags submerged for 18 months.

Findings:

1. The edges and corners of the vacuum nylon bag remain tightly sealed.

2. Internal desiccants remain completely dry.

3. Humidity indicator cards show blue coloration, verifying a moisture-free environment.

These results confirm that the internal environment remains moisture-free. Our vacuum nylon pouches have successfully passed the 18-month water immersion extreme test, and testing will continue.

Note: The vacuum nylon pouches used in this test were randomly sampled from production lines, not specially manufactured for this experiment.
