HUAZHONG 121°C High-Temperature Steam Resistant PE Pouch-Full 60-Minute Test Video at 123°C

Continuing from the previous episode, we present the complete test video of HUAZHONG' s 121°C high-temperature steam-resistant PE Pouch undergoing 60 minutes of retorting at 123°C.

Test Samples:

Pure 121°C high-temperature PE film (heat-sealed into pouch form)

121°C high-temperature PE/nylon composite retort pouch (sealed)

Quantity:

12 pure high-temperature PE film pouches

6 high-temperature PE/nylon composite retort pouches

Test Parameters: Retort temperature: 123°C

Retort time: 60 minutes

Procedure:All 12 pure PE film pouches and 6 PE/nylon composite pouches were placed in a retort chamber and subjected to dry heat sterilization at 123°C for 60 minutes. Observations were made for any signs of sticking or unusual odor.

Results:

After 60 minutes at 123°C:All 12 pure PE film pouches and 6 PE/nylon composite pouches remained intact.

No blocking, sticking, or odor was detected.

All samples passed the test successfully.
