HUAZHONG Vacuum Nylon Pouch - 2-Year Water Immersion Extreme Test

Following our previous tests on HUAZHONG vacuum nylon pouches submerged for 16, 18, and 20 months, today—June 16, 2025—we continue our observation of the sealed circuit board environment inside a vacuum nylon bag immersed in water for 2 full years.

Findings:

1. The edges and corners of the vacuum nylon bag remain tightly sealed.

2. The desiccants inside the bag are completely dry.

3. The humidity indicator card shows blue, verifying a moisture-free environment.

After wiping off external water droplets, we proceed to open the package:

1. The circuit board inside is dry, with no signs of moisture.

2. The desiccant remains dry and effective.

3. The humidity card stays blue, further verifying a moisture-free environment.

Conclusion:

The internal environment of the bag remains perfectly dry, proving that our vacuum nylon pouches have passed the 2-year water immersion extreme test. It reliably meets customer requirements for storage under ≤30°C and 85%-95% RH conditions—whether for 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.

The other two test bags will continue undergoing further immersion testing.

Note:The vacuum nylon pouches used in this test were randomly sampled from production lines, not specially manufactured for this experiment.
