Vacuum Nylon Pouch Testing

Introduction: Leakage in Vacuum-Packed Circuit Boards During Storage

I. Working Principle of Vacuum Packaging

PE film cannot maintain a vacuum due to its high elasticity. To achieve effective vacuum sealing, we laminate PET glossy film or nylon film with PE film using specialized dry lamination technology. The two layers of material are bonded together through lamination equipment to stabilize the PE film, achieving the vacuum sealing effect.

II. Causes of Air Leakage in Vacuum-Packed Circuit Boards (Without Visible Damage):

Under vacuum conditions, the edges and corners of the circuit board press tightly against the bag. During storage, the packaging material remains under constant tension due to this pressure. If the vacuum bag has inconsistent quality, air leakage will occur.

The primary causes of leakage are:

1. Insufficient lamination strength, leading to delamination and air seepage.

The main reasons for weak lamination are inadequate adhesive application and excessive release agents in the PE composite film.

2. Low heat-seal strength of the inner PE layer, causing the sealed areas to separate and leak.

III. Reliable Leak Testing Methodology

We implement rigorous pressure testing according to GB/T 21302-2007 standards:

Prepare test samples filled to 50% capacity with water. Apply sustained pressure of 980kg-1 ton for a minimum of 1 hour.

Qualification criteria:

All four seal edges remain intact, and no visible deformation of the bag surface.

It confirms this type of vacuum bag exhibits excellent heat-seal strength, superior toughness, and outstanding stability, fully meeting the one-year storage requirements for vacuum-packed circuit boards.

18 years of customer application have proven that vacuum packaging bags passing this testing method reliably meet customer usage standards.

Important Food Safety Advisory

Important Notice: Do not store food in plastic bags in the refrigerator.

Many people use supermarket plastic bags to carry vegetables and meat, then wrap and store the food directly in these bags. Please stop this practice immediately!

Market plastic bags contain recycled materials and additives like slip agents and anti-blocking agents used in the blown film process. These substances adhere to food surfaces and resist washing. And they are difficult for the stomach to digest when ingested.

Proper Storage Method: Always transfer groceries from plastic bags to glass or ceramic containers before refrigerating.
