121°C High-Temperature Steam-Resistant PE Pouches

We conducted a test on high-temperature steam-resistant PE pouches at 123°C for 60 minutes. HUAZHONG's 121°C high-temperature steam-resistant PE pouches have passed random inspections by the China State Administration for Market Regulation in 2018 and testing by the Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute. After retorting, the high-temperature steam-resistant PE pouches also meet the U.S. FDA food contact material standards.

Our company independently develops and produces 121°C high-temperature steam-resistant PE pouches. The inner layer high-temperature PE film is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), containing no rubber, no polypropylene, and no high-temperature copolymer polypropylene. It can replace RCPP retort pouches currently used in the market. For consumers, high-temperature PE is a greener, more environmentally friendly food-grade material. Its composition is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a non-toxic, odorless thermoplastic with excellent chemical stability, meeting U.S. FDA food contact safety requirements after high-temperature retorting.

Performance advantages of high-temperature steam-resistant PE pouches:

4. Due to the soft material, the pouch adheres more tightly during vacuum sealing, achieving a more thorough vacuum and effectively reducing the breakage rate (0.2‰).

Suitable for packaging various meat products, prepared dishes, corn, chestnuts, bamboo shoots, ginkgo nuts, zongzi, milk, soups, functional beverages, and other products requiring spray-type high-temperature sterilization.
